2D Art Documentation

Most 2D documentation sessions are by appointment only. Contact us for drop-off options.
$100 (two-piece) minimum per 2D session.
Turnaround on files is 2-3 business days via digital download.
Delivery formats: (1) TIFF, (1) High-Res JPEG, & (1) Web-sized JPEG per artwork.
All artwork is captured on a 102MP medium format camera.
Price includes color correction.
Most files will allow for reproduction at the original size.

We offer discounts or project rates for large quantity projects. Please inquire.
3D Art Documentation
(Ceramic works, sculptures, textiles)
3D sessions are by appointment only.
$240 studio minimum per 3D session.
Most work is photographed on white or gray background. Additional colors available upon request.
Price includes color correction and minimal retouching. For works that require compositing or extensive retouching, additional charges may apply.
Turnaround on files is 2-3 business days via digital download.
Location Photography
Hire SFS founder & photographer Aaron Wessling for location work. Rates vary. Please inquire for a quote. $425 minimum.

Pricing is indicative of total print size, including any final borders.
Quantity orders of the same image/size/paper may be eligible for a discount. Contact us for a customized quote.
We can produce prints up to 44 inches on the shortest dimension (max image area: 43 3/4 inches).
Turnaround on most proofs and print orders is 2-3 business days, but actual turnaround depends upon quantity, paper stock, and current workload.
For prints 16”x20” or larger, a proof is included in the price.
Prints can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
